Pair of semi-detached houses. Dated 1862. Whole flints with gault brick dressings and slate roof. Symmetrical facade of 2 storeys divided into 4 bays by brick pilaster strips, doubled at centre and ends of elevation and with trefoil heads. Right and left bays contain panelled doors under moulded brick hoods on labels. One 3-light timber cross casement to each centre bay under timber hoods and with diamond pattern glazing bars. 2 2-light casements above with diamond glazing bars. Brick eaves cornice below gabled roof. Central ridge stack with 3 pairs of diamond flues on square plinths.
