House. Late C18. Rendered brick, slate roof. 2 storeys. South facade of
5 bays; centre 3 bays recessed, later central stone doorcase with open
segmental pediment on console brackets, nine-panel door with overlight. Sash
windows with glazing bars. Projecting plain boxed eaves. East range of 13
bays. Gothic 2 storey canted bay in centre, 4-centred arch window heads, hood
moulds. Remainder sash windows; some pilasters. West facade asymmetrical
7 bays, most windows sashes with glazing bars; left 2 upper 4-light windows
with mullions and transom. 4 steps to portico to sixth bay. 2 half-fluted
Doric columns; architrave with guttae; triglyphs and metopes to frieze; plain
projecting cornice with coffering. C20 door.
