Farmhouse with cottage attached at south. Mid-C18. Flemish bond red brick, red pantiled roofs. 2 storeys with attics, 3 bays. 2 ground floor wooden framed casement cross windows under flat rubbed brick arch heads. 3 first floor 2 light casements under flat soldier arches. Central boarded door with 2 light overdoor under cambered rubbed brick arch. 3 flat roofed 2-light casement dormers. Dentil eaves cornice, brick coped parapets, header bond north and south gables. 2 end stacks.
Cottage attached at south, clunch and flint with brick dressings, red pantiled roof. Single storey with attics. 2 2-light casements. 2 boarded doors. Dentil eaves cornice, single 2 light wedge roofed dormer, one central stack.
