COLD ASTON alias MAIN STREET SP 11 NW ASTON BLANK (north side) 6/14 Barn cl5m north of Grove Farmhouse (formerly listed with Grove Farmhouse) 23.1.52 GV II Barn. Late C18. Limestone rubble with dressed quoins, concrete tile roof. Rectangular plan with projecting porch off-centre left on south side. Double width opening to projecting porch with pigeon loft (now rendered) above. Double C20 plank doors within porch, smaller double doorway with double plank doors in wall opposite. Ventilation slits inside walls. Flat coping to gable ends. Interior; 5 bays, double butt purlins, simple tie beam trusses.
