Three attached estate cottages, early C18, of red brick with glazed headers,
and thatch. C18 range of 12 storeys, extended to west in later C18, and with
1½ storey, double pile range to the rear, in the C20. Eastern end has paired
entrance doors facing road with C20 gabled porches on brackets. C19 case-
ment windows with glazing bars and segmental brick arches either side. 2
eye brow dormers with windows with wrought iron casements. Rendered plinth,
parapet gables with moulded brick kneelers, brick tumbling in and end stacks.
Blocked oculus in east gable. Derelict west wing of 2 windows with central
door with C20 gabled porch. 2 eye brow dormers with 2 light windows with
wrought iron casements. The eastern window has leaded lights. Off centre
axial stack and parapet gable. Butt purlin roofs. Rear C20 wings not of
special interest. Included for group value only.
