Small house attached to Magnet House (q.v.). Late C17, extensively
C20 restored. Random rubble limestone; ashlar chimneys; stone
slate and concrete tile roofs. Two-storey. Front: gable end with
C20 mullioned fenestration, 4-light to ground floor, 3-light above.
Oval in gable Tall eaves-mounted chimney on east side with
chamfered cap. Rear: C20 mullioned fenestration to gable end,
upper floor casement in former loft doorway. Interior not
inspected. Included for Group Value.
