Circa 1830. Two storeys, stucco with slate roof, cornice and blocking course.
Small dentil frieze. Three windows, hung sashes with glazing bars and louvred
outside shutters. Round-headed central door in shallow recess ; round-arched
fanlight; half-glazed door; 'tent' canopy hood on thin fluted supports. Steps
up. Canted full-height bay section to right, hung sashes with glazing bars.
One-storey extension to left.
