Group of 4 estate cottages. Late C19. Brick with ashlar
dressing and steep pitch slate roof. Chamfered plinth.
Shouldered coped gables throughout. First floor band. 3
prominent ridge stacks. All windows are mullioned and transomed
casements with hood moulds. 2 storeys, 8 unequal bays.
Symmetrical facade. East front has recessed central bay with 2
windows, flanked by 2 storey projecting gabled bays containing
central four centred arched doorways with hood moulds, flanked
again by single casements and beyond, single setback bays with
four centred arched doors. Above, 2 central cross eaves dormers
with single casements, flanked by single casements in projecting
bays. Beyond, single similar dormers, and beyond again, single
breathers in setback bays. Outside, matching outbuildings,
single storey, 8 bays.
