Estate cottage, 1849. Brick with pantile roof, moulded brick dressings, cogged eaves, stone sills, pierced bargeboards with carved pendants, and a pair of large ridge stacks plus external stack on north gable. Single storey with garret, cruciform plan. Gabled south porch has Tudor arched doorway with hoodmould, containing C19 door with intersecting tracery and decorative hinges. Above, datestone inscribed 'S T W Jr 1849'. Either side, single three-light casements with splayed brick mullions and jambs and hoodmoulds. Garret window in east gable has C19 single fixed light. Included for group value only.
