South West of Manor Farm)

Barn with attached former stable and granary. Early C19; C20
alterations. Coursed rubble limestone; concrete tile roof to
barn, stone slate to stable. Five-bay barn with porches to north
east and south west; stable runs north east from north west end of
barn forming L-plan. Gabled porch on north east side of barn with
concrete lintel and boarded infill below with timber casement
fenestration. Casements and boarding in openings to left. Lean-
to south west porch with timber lintel and plank doors. Parapet
gabled ends with slit vents. Parapet gabled ends to stables,
south west end having 2-light lancet opening. No openings on
north west side. C20 stairs to former loft doorway on south east
side with half gable. Inserted casements in segmental arched
openings. Interiors not inspected. Although altered barn
retains important visual function at south end of village.
