Farmbuilding, probably a shippon. Probably C18. Granite rubble. Slate roof with
gable ends.
Plan: Rectangular plan with 2 probable shippon doors.
Exterior: Single storey farmbuilding with 2 doors on front elevation. Timber lintel
to door on left and granite lintel to door on right.
Interior: not inspected.
Forms part of group with Lower Metherin Farmhouse (qv).
