Barn converted to studio. Circa early C19. Stone rubble with granite quoins. Slate
roof with hipped end on left and gable end on right.
Plan: Rectangular plan probably originally with stables or shippons on ground floor
and loft above.
Exterior: 2 storeys. 2 door openings to left, window and door to right. First floor
with door and window opening and line of pigeon holes below eaves. Forms part of
group with west Carwen Farmhouse (qv).
