to north of Penrose Farmhouse

Wall and integral mounting block. Circa C18. Granite and slate rubble with granite
dressings. A low stone wall around a small stone paved yard at the rear of Penrose
Farmhouse (qv). Chamfered granite coping and small square section granite monolith
gate piers.
The mounting block against the inside of the wall has granite steps and large granite
square top stone with chamfered soffit which may be a reused cap from a large gate-
pier.
