Pair of cottages, now one house. Late C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed squared gritstone with gritstone dressings and quoins to east. Plain tile roof, banded to east side with fish scale tiles, stone gable end stack to east and stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Two storeys, two bays. Original blocked, flush doorcase to east with two-light flush mullion window to west. Beyond, C19 flush doorcase with single light window adjoining to west. Above, two two-light flush mullion windows, that to west C20 and at higher level. All fenestration C20 small pane casements.
