House. Late C18 with C20 alteration. Coursed squared gritstone with gritstone
dressings and chamfered quoins. Plain tile roof with stone gable end stacks and
stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Plain plinth and moulded eaves cornice.
Three storeys, three bays. Central moulded doorcase with bracketed moulded pediment
and C20 glazed door with C20 semi-circular canopy over. To either side, glazing bar
sashes in raised plain surrounds. Above, two similar with central round window
between with raised fillet to edge of flush surround. Above, two further glazing bar
sashes in raised plain surrounds with blocked central window between in flush
surround with raised fillet to edge.
