GV II

House and cottage in row, now 1 house. Circa early C19. Painted rubble and cob
walls, rendered at right, slate sills, wooden lintels. Scantle slate roof. Brick
chimneys removed C20.
Plan 2-room house, now 1 room and single cell cottage on right, extended to right by
1 room plan addition in the C20.
2 storeys. Overall 3-window east front. 2 window house on left, nearly symmetrical
with doorway, now window, slightly left of middle. Horned 16-pane hornless sashes to
first floor. Former cottage at right has doorway with C20 divided ledged door, left,
and 16-paned horned sashes.
Interior not inspected.
Part of a group of circa late C17 early C19 houses near the head of the creek at
Helford.
