Small house, now rear wing of a later house. Circa early C17, greatly extended in
circa early C20. Granite rubble with large dressed granite quoins. Rag slate roof
with gable ends. Stone rubble end stack on right with granite strings.
Plan: 2 room and through passage plan with slightly larger heated room on right and
room on left, probably unheated. Outshot added to rear of left hand room, possibly
in C18. Outshot extended across passage and right hand room in C19 and C20. Later
farmhouse added on left hand gable end in circa early C20.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Almost symmetrical 2 window front with C20 windows in earlier
openings. Entrance near centre with C20 plank door and circa C20 stone rubble porch.
2-light mullion window in right hand gable end.
Interior: Partitions on ground floor removed and ceiling beams replaced. Unmoulded
granite lintel and jambs to fireplace on right hand gable end.
