GV II

House. Mid C19 with few later alterations. Slatestone rubble, rendered at the left
side. Greenstone dressings. Slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends with gable
end stacks, rendered to left and painted to right with shaped top.
Plan: 2-room plan with central entrance. Rear single storey outshut for service
rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmmetrical 2-window range, all windows 16-pane sashes of C19
with cambered greenstone arches. Ground floor right window was formerly larger,
partially blocked. Half-glazed central door. Left side has 2-light casement at
first floor to right. Right side blind.
Interior: not inspected.
