SW 52 NE BREAGE RINSEY

6/85 Evergreen, including front garden
- walls

Small house and front garden walls. Circa early C19.. Granite rubble walls with
dressed granite quoins, sills, jambstones and ground floor lintels. Grouted scantle
slate roof with brick chimneys over gable ends and shallower depth parallel roof
behind with valley between.
Plan: probably originally 2 rooms with cross passage leading to central stair
between, larger kitchen left and parlour right. Extended circa early-mid C19 with
parallel shallower service range at rear and with lean-to stable at the left hand
side.
Two storeys. Nearly symmetrical 2 window south west front with nearly central
doorway. 4-panel door with top panels later glazed. C20 conservatory/porch. 4-pane
horned sash except ground 12-pane sash at ground floor left.
Interior not inspected.
Granite coped rubble wall encloses shallow rectangular garden at the front. Central
gateway aligned with doorway.
