Lower Boswedden

C18 cottage. Dressed granite. Steep slate roof with gable ends, one end has
coping. Brick chimney stacks over end walls. 2 storeys. 3 windows. Later sashes
without glazing bars. Central plain doorway. Interior, fielded panel doors,
dog-leg staircase with turned balusters and square newels.
