C17 cottage of stuccoed uncoursed rubble. Slurried slate roof with gable ends,
with gable parapet with volute kneeler. 2 storeys. 3 windows, later sashes without
glazing bars, ground floor 2-light double-hung sashes, 1st floor semi-dormers,
double-hung sashes without glazing bars. One large granite chimney stack with
moulded cap. Plain central doorway.

Church of St Just Churchyard wall and No 4 form a group with King's Arms Hotel
and No 6 Market Square.
