Barn. C17. Timber framed with brick infill and corrugated asbestos
sheeting cover and slate roof. Two storeys probably originally one.
The height of the walls has been raised and the pitch of the roof made
less steep this century. Yard front: Stone plinth supporting 20 x 2
cells of small framing with brick infill and asbestos sheeting as
covering. Added row of cells of small framing common to both sides.
C19 hay barn adjoins at right. Paddock side: similar arrangement of
cells with whitewashed brick infill and C19 door and window openings.
Interior: 4 trusses with angle braces and queen posts. Tension braces
to walls below. Butt boarding to gable end adjoining hay barn.
