Farmhouse. Probably early C19. Painted stone rubble. Rag slate roof with gable
ends. Brick shafts to end stack on left and lateral stack to rear right.
Plan: Single depth 2-room plan with central entrance, left hand room heated by end
stack and right hand room by rear lateral stack. The right hand room is probably
partly partitioned with a small dairy on the right, ventilated by a window in the
gable end. Later C19 or C20 outshut across rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with segmental arches to ground
floor openings. Central C19 plank door flanked by 4 probably C19 2-light casements.
3 similar casements on first floor. Small dairy window in right hand side wall.
Interior: Not inspected.
