SX 45 SW MAKER-WITH-RAME MARKET STREET (west side),
Kingsand

9/173 Eventide

GV II

House. Circa 1800 with later C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed sandstone rubble with
asbestos slate roof. Double depth plan, with central entrance between 2 front rooms.
3 storeys on cellar and 2 windows, all 4-pane sashes with segmental heads at ground
floor, cambered heads at first floor and flat heads at 2nd floor. One basement
window opening to right with segmental head. Central C20 flat-roofed wooden porch,
probably a copy of original porch.
