House. Circa C18. Stone rubble, rendered on left hand gable end. Rag slate roof
with gable ends and rebuilt stone rubble shaft to end stack on right and rendered
brick shaft to end stack on left.
Plan: Two room and cross or through passage plan, the larger hall-kitchen on right
heated by end stack, and smaller room on left possibly originally unheated. Extended
with outshut service extension probably in later C18 or C19. Extended to rear right
in C20.
Exterior: Two storeys. Almost symmetrical two window front with fine dressed stone
segmental arches to ground floor openings. C19 gabled porch flanked by two C20 two-
light casements, with two similar casements on first floor.
Interior: Partitions flanking passage removed. C19 floor joists. Unmoulded timber
lintel to kitchen fireplace on right and possibly reused timber lintel to left.
