8/317 House at approximately 60 metres east
- of Gwavas Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Circa early C19. Incised stucco. Grouted scantle slate roof with
brick chimney over the gable ends. Roof sweeps lower behind the right hand side.
Plan: L-shaped plan. 2 front rooms flanking a central entrance hall and
probably stair and pantry within internal rear outshut behind the entrance hall
and the right-hand room.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2 window south-east front with central doorway
and original small window openings. C20 door and glazed porch, circa late
C19 4-pane horned sashes.
Interior: Not inspected.
