Farmhouse, mid C19. Rendered brick, hipped plain tiled roof
with two stacks. Two storeys, symmetrical facade. Deep boarded
eaves. Three first floor and two ground floor four-paned hung
sash window. Six panelled door with rectangular fanlight.
Included for group value, with No 36, originally an extension of that building.
