2 houses. Late C18. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with
graduated stone slate roof. Each house is single-depth, 1
bay wide and has 3 storeys. Each has a 6-light recessed
flat-faced stone mullion window on each floor and a door
inserted into the ground floor window. C20 porch to Stoneby
Cottage. 2 ridge chimney stacks, one rebuilt in brick. Three
2-light mullion windows to left gable as well as 3 C20
openings. Central rear door with heavy stone lintel.
