Earlier C18, refronted later C19. Two storeys. Two windows. Tiled-roof. Half-timbered with brick ground floor and colour-washed plaster first floor to rear range; multi-coloured stock stack. Frontage of colour-washed gault brick with dentil eaves course; three light segmental-arched casement windows. Central recessed doorway.

Nos 4 to 6 (even) St Mary's Street and 1-12, Lee Court form a group
