Coach house, now heritage centre. Late C18/early C19.
Hammer-dressed watershot stone with graduated stone slate
roof. 4 bays and 2 storeys with opposed coach entrances in
bay 1. Quoins and shaped eaves gutter brackets. Segmental-
arched coach entrance has a door to left and 3 stabling
doors to right all with chamfered surrounds. Above it is a
small round-headed light with impost blocks and keystone. 3
first floor windows. Venetian window to left return which
also has an oval-shaped opening and an owl hole in the
gable, features which are repeated in the other gable. Right
return has central coach entrance and a door and 4 windows
all as above. 3 smaller windows to rear, one now a door.
Larger first floor openings and taking-in door. Coach
entrance as above. Queen-post roof trusses.
