House. "IMF 1727" on datestone. Hammer-dressed watershot
stone with graduated stone slate roof. 2-unit 2-storey plan
with C20 outshut to rear. Quoins and projecting plinth.
Central door with dressed surround. 3 and 4-light chamfered
mullion windows on ground floor and two 3-light on first
floor now only 1 mullion remaining. Gable chimney stack
rebuilt in brick. Two 2-light windows to rear both with
mullions removed. Door and 16-pane sash window inserted to
left gable. Chamfered floor beams internally.
