Row of four cottages. Mid C19. Grey brick and low pitch slate roofs with
deep overhangs and bracketting to gable ends of crosswings. Three grey brick
ridge stacks. Half H-plan with one cottage to each crosswing and two to
centre range. Two storeys. Segmental arches to six iron framed casments of
two styles, but both C19 or early C20, at first floor. Coupled round headed
arches on stone impost blocks to four similar casements at ground floor. Two
opensided porches with slate roofs, in the angle between crosswing and centre
range. Flush-panelled doors. Each crosswing has similar coupled arches to
two windows at first and ground floors.
