Pair of cottages. Circa early C18. Rendered cob walls. Gable-end thatch roof. At
either end is brick shaft on top of rendered rubble stack.
Plan: each cottage is 1-room plan although No 4 to the right is smaller, a central
alleyway divides the two. C19 rear additions.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrically 4-window front, 2 to each cottage. No 4 to
right has early C20 2 and 3-light casements with a C19 or early C20 4-panel door to
the right. Between the 2 cottages is another doorway leading to a passageway to the
rear.
