Early C19 house with ashlar front. Concrete tile hipped roof. Moulded cornice
and parapet. String course at floor level. Three bays. Centre slightly advanced
with raised parapet. Sashes with glazing bars in plain architraves with keyblocks,
and bracketed sills. Centre first floor French window to wrought iron balcony.
Round arched doorway below with keyblock, semi-circular fanlight with radial
glazing bars, panelled reveals and panelled and glazed door. Modern wing at
rear.
Including wrought iron garden area railings in front with plain ashlar gate
piers and end piers with cap stones.
