Barn, late C16 and earlier, aisled, timber framed_with hipped asbestos cement roof.
Of 6 bays, there is one gabled and one catslide midstrey on the W side and the walls
are of black weatherboarding. 3 bays represent an earlier probably C14 structure,
with heavy arch braces and simple through splayed scarf joints, with 2 bays to the N
and one to the S being late-C16 extensions. These have halved and bridled scarf
joints and chamfered posts, jowls and arch braces. The roof has been rebuilt.
