Cottage. Probably C18 witn C20 alterations. Brick, whitewashed; slate roof to
gable end, raking dormer to roof with 2-light casement with leaded lights, tall
brick stack to the right.
Plan: single room depth with central entrance hall and flanking rooms.
Exterior: 2 storey symmetrical front, 3 bays, 2-light 12-pane C19 casements on the
ground floor with brick arches which are cambered. 12-pane similar casements on the
first floor with square heads. Central door opening with a plank door. Raised
rubble forecourt capped by slate slabs and pitched stone cobbles.
Interior: not seen.
