House with annexe. C18. Rendered, slate roof with with gable ends a brick ridge
stack on the left, sky-light.
Plan : single room depth.
Exterior: 2 storeys, 3:1 windows, C19 2-light casements of 12-panes and a single-
light casement to right flanking the doorway of No 86A. Doorway to No 86 with a C19
plank door. Raised rubble forecourt capped by slate slabs, horizontal iron railings
on wooden posts with iron gate.
Interior : not inspected.
