House, C18, divided into 3 parts. Timber framed, part weatherboarded, part
mock timber framing and roughcast render, part plastered, roofed with handmade
red clay tiles. Aligned approx. NE-SW, aspect SE. 2 storeys with attics.
Chigwell Village Stores, central glazed door, and slightly bowed shop window
of 24 lights each side. Mock timber framing above. First floor, 3 double-hung
sash windows of 16 lights, early C19, and hipped dormer with C19 casement
window. Gorgys, weatherboarded on ground floor, mock timber framing above,
ground floor windows C20, on first floor one C19 casement window, aid hipped
dormer with C19 casement window. Hilltop, plastered on ground floor, first
floor weatherboarded. C20 door and casement window, another on first floor,
hipped dormer with C19 casement window.
