Barn to Church Farmhouse

A Grade II Listed Building in Corby Glen, Lincolnshire

Former gatehouse to Corby Castle, converted to a barn, now a dwelling, Church Street, Corby Glen

Uploader's Comments

Built of coursed squared limestone with a pantile roof. The breathers for the barn are the three vertical slots that alternate with the two first floor windows. To the right of the black drainpipe, a coped butress can be seen peeping out above the bushes, and next to the coping, the corner of the building has some octagonal masonry. (Photo Apr 2014).
