Amerell's Farmhouse
II
House. C17 or earlier rear range, early C19 front range with C19 and later
alterations and additions. Front range plastered brick, dentilled eaves. Red
plain tiled roof. Right and left red brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys. 3
vertically sliding sash windows to first floor and central recessed door. A
continuous grey slate porch on brackets covers the bays and doorway. Rear range
timber framed and plastered. End chimney stack. Chamfered bridging joists and
some frame visible internally.
