GV II

The south side of the stable court. Orangery and range of outbuildings con-
verted to 3 dwellings. C18 red brick with slate roofs. Orangery and adjoining
building open to south into a walled garden with brick walls. Square brick
piers with flat pyramid caps to an opening with wrought iron gates and scroll
overthrow. Orangery has 3 tall arched glazing bar windows either side of cen-
tral door. Hipped roof with pediment and heavy moulded cornice. Outbuilding
red brick with tile roof. Set against it within garden a C19 aviary on brick
base with thin iron uprights and iron barrel roof frame.
