Circa 1865. Small house with cross-wing. In Tudor Gothic style. Gable end to road
Gault brick with stone window dressings. Roof of shaped tiles with dentil eaves
cornice and gable end parapets. Two chimney stacks with shafts linked at
entablature. Two storeys. South front has one rectangular bay with 3 single lights
in 2 centred arches. One single light with pointed arch at first floor. Recessed
doorway.
