House, early C19. Coursed herringbone-tooled sandstone; pantiled roof with
stone ridge, copings and kneelers, brick stack. 2 storeys and attic, 1 wide
bay. Modern 6-panel door and doorcase cills. Wider similar sash on first
floor. Small square-headed dormer; right end stack. Included for group value.
