Formerly 3 cottages, later 2. Early C19, in red brick, on earlier core. 2 storeys.
5 windows, segmental arches, hung sashes with-glazing bars. 3 windows on ground
floor and shop window with glazing bars under cornice. 3 brick stacks. Stone
plinth with foot scrapers. High reeded wood doorcases. Door to former No 6
now blocked. Dutch door to shop. Blocked 4-light mullioned window in stone
side wall of former No 6.

Nos 2 to 8 (even) and Carre's Hospital form a group
