TL 83 NW GESTINGTHORPE THE STREET (EAST SIDE)
2/51 Church Farmhouse

GV II

Cottage. Late C17 or early C18. Timber framed and plastered. Red plain tiled
gambrel roof with 4 gabled dormers. Red brick chimney stacks to left and right.
One storey and attics. 4 window range of small paned casements. Single storey
plastered and red plain tiled extension to right. Central door of 6 panels with
2 lights. Moulded lugged architrave. Dentilled soffits to pediment. Interior
of 3 bays with chamfered beams throughout. Brick fireplace with stop chamfered
beam over. C18 doors and cupboard. C18 wooden fire surround.
