Two cottages in row, possibly formerly three. C18 and C19. Rendered front, some
painted rubble, thatched roof. Two storeys, 1 + 4 windows, mainly 2-light case-
ments with glazing bars, but one 3-light ground floor, right in Sea View, and a
2-light with horizontal bar only, first floor to Middle Bohemia; this one also
to slight eyebrow. Part-glazed door to slated pent hood to right in Middle
Bohemia, plank door in glazed gabled porch to Sea View; the first floor window
to left of door is deep set and at lower level than remainder. Large external
gable stack to right, smaller external stack, raised in brick, left gable, and
small stack, raised in brick at ridge between the two cottages. The right-hand
verge has some slate inserted under and beyond the thatch. Extension at back
not of special interest. A modest vernacular pair, little modified externally.
