Detached house. Mid C19. Probably cob with stone footings, plastered, under half-
hipped slate roof. Double-depth 4-room plan with central staircase with paired end
stacks with brick shafts heating the four rooms. 2 rendered. 2-storeys.
Front: symmetrical 3-window range; 12-pane horned sash windows to first floor;
similar to ground floor, with central porch, moulded canopy on thin columns with a
debased Corinthian capitals; pilasters, panelled reveals, panelled door. An
extension to the left, lower, but of 2-storeys with later casement windows. The
entire front has upright bottom supports for creepers.
