2 dwellings at the end of a row that is possbly all of 1 medieval build. Although
No. 12 appears to have no proper end wall, Nos. 14 and 14A retain no early features
and furthermore do not appear on the 1842 title map. Plastered cob with stone
footings. Thatched roof, gabled end to the left hand end. A truncated rear lateral
stack heats one room. 2-storeys.
Front: 3-window range; 2- and 3-light casement windows to first floor, 1 with an old
frame (perhaps C18) another with 8 leaded panes per light; 3-light windows to ground;
1 front door (to No.14), one end door (to No.14A).
Interior: of 14A with 1 chamfered ceiling cross beam; the roof construction appears
to be late (possibly C18 or C19). Included for group value.
