Farmhouse, C18. Red brick with steeply pitched pantile roof; black glazed
pantiles on front elevation. Two storeys and 1½ storeys, L-shaped plan.
East facade symmetrical, of three bays; sashes with glazing bars, rubbed brick
arches over ground floor openings. Central doorway with half-glazed door
with glazing bars, panelled reveal, architraves and fluted and dentilled
entablature. Brick dentil eaves course interrupted by first floor window
openings. Parapeted gables with internal chimney stacks. 1½ storey range
to west, brickwork partly whitewashed. On the south side a 3-light ground
floor casement with segmental head and a flat roofed attic dormer. Two flat
roofed and one gabled dormer on north side; catslide extensions with C20
casements on north and south sides.
