Unaltered houses forming part of the above terrace. Tall sashes and iron balconies
to 1st floor. Iron grilles to semi-basement windows. Round- headed doorways with
reeded transomes and imposts, fanlights. No 39 has ground floor shutters and cherub's
head keystone to doorway. Sash windows with glazing bars. Slate roof.
Nos 35 to 54 (consec) and St Thomas's Church form a group.
